Description: Black Garlic is obtained by subjecting common garlic to a controlled process. In the process, white garlic loses its pungent smell and taste. It is transformed into Black Garlic with a sweet and deep flavour. The resulting Black Garlic is much richer in antioxidants than white garlic. It is made using a manufacturing process belonging to our Laboratory, which gives it a texture and flavour that are unrivalled on the market.

Ingredients: Peeled garlic pods (Allium Sativum), Glycerin. No colouring & no preservatives.

Directions for use: Ecosystem Black Garlic pods are already peeled. They can be eaten directly, at a rate of 3 to 6 cloves per day. They can also be used cold or hot to give a unique flavour to all your culinary preparations.
