Every year, Ecosystem Laboratoire organises a convention in each of its branches to bring together its partners, present its new products, reward its VDIs for the work they have accomplished over the months, discuss the new objectives to be achieved, and so on. This event is also an opportunity for the members of our network to get together and share experiences from the field. In 2024, the Écovision de Métropole, the name of this annual convention, will take place on Saturday 21 September, and tickets are now available!
What is Ecovision in a nutshell?
Ecovision is a contraction of the words "Eco" for "Ecosystem" and "vision" for "future". It's an annual convention that brings together our partners (VDIs) for a day of training, to present our latest products and our objectives for the coming months... Each year, our agencies organise the event for their sector, in Réunion, Guadeloupe, Martinique and finally in mainland France. One or more meals are part of the event, creating even more moments of sharing.
The venue and date for the 2024 event in mainland France:
This year, on Saturday 21 September, the Métropole convention will be held at the Villa d'Eden, for the first time in the history of Ecovisions! The Villa d'Eden is located in Saint-Denis-en-Val (45560), in the Loiret region, just a few minutes from Orléans. The venue was selected for a number of reasons: its proximity to Orléans, its capacity to accommodate up to 100 people, its enchanting setting in which to combine relaxation and business activities, the variety of services on offer, including high-quality meals, and the ease with which a large number of cars can be parked. What's more, dear partners or future partners, a swimming pool and petanque area will be available on site!
On the programme for this year's event:
The first highlight of the event will be a training session on network marketing by an internationally renowned outside speaker. This training course will be an opportunity for all our partners to learn more about proven sales methods. The second highlight of the day will be the launch of several new products! In fact, not one, but several new products will be making their appearance in our ranges! These first two highlights will take up a lot of time, so there will be several meal breaks: a breakfast reception, a lunchtime meal break in the form of a convivial plancha (with vegetarian adaptations), a snack break, and finally, from 7pm onwards, an evening of dancing over a delicious meal (only with the full package, see section on available tickets)! As far as special offers are concerned, we're not going to keep you in suspense: these will be the biggest of the year! And because we're thinking big, we've also added to the programme: a testimonial session, a prize-giving ceremony, a tombola & a 'golden ticket' game with lots of prizes to be won, a team-building activity in the form of a game in the evening (only with the 'full package' ticket), and the celebration of our company's 35th anniversary!
Two ticket formats:
To attend the event, you will need an entry ticket. Two different ticket formats are available: one-day or all-inclusive. The day ticket includes breakfast, VDI training, lunch, product presentation, promotional offers, testimonial session, prize-giving, tombola & golden ticket game, snack break and the "day" part of the celebration of Ecosystem Laboratoire's 35th anniversary. The full package includes all the day's events, plus the dinner dance, a team-building game during the dinner and the evening celebration of 35 years of Ecosystem Laboratoire. So you see, with the all-inclusive package, your meals are taken care of from the moment you arrive until you leave at the end of the evening! This insurance is managed directly by the event ticket office, so you can choose whether or not to take it out.
Accessibility to the event venue :
Two large car parks are available, so the event venue is easily accessible by car. For our partners who are coming from distant regions, we have prepared some invaluable aids for your organisation. Firstly, in collaboration with Villa d'Eden, we have compiled a list of hotels and accommodation near Saint-Denis-en-Val, which you can consult by clicking on this link. What's more, if you'd like to come by public transport, you'll be asked on your registration form if you'd like to book a shuttle to pick you up at Orléans station on the Saturday morning before the event and bring you back to the same place in the evening.
