The coffee market is huge. Here are a few statistics to illustrate the point: coffee is the 2nd most consumed beverage in the world after water; 2 out of 3 people in the world drink coffee "regularly"; in Finland, each inhabitant consumes an average of 12kg of coffee per year! These figures make you dizzy, don't they? In such a competitive market, it was hard to believe that it was still possible to innovate... and yet Ecosystem Laboratoire has done just that!
What is "Moga"?
"Moga" is the name of the range of coffees, in the form of concentrated liquid preparations, that we will be adding to over the coming months. A few days ago, we launched the first element of this range: the 'Classic' format. This first version, presented in a 75ml bottle with reducer, makes up to 20 cups of coffee. Our coffees in the 'Moga' range will be different from those you can find on the market today for the following main reason: our formulas will be designed so that our concentrated extracts can be used to prepare more than just a coffee, and so that your tastings will also provide you with many benefits. To complete the 'Classic' version, other versions will soon be available: 'Premium', 'Decaf'...
Our mastery of the value chain:
Ecosystem Laboratoire is particularly keen to control the entire production process for the vast majority of its products. For our Moga 'Classic' coffee, we haven't changed our habits, and have chosen to keep all the stages in the manufacture of our concentrated coffee preparations in-house: roasting (the process of exposing the beans to direct heat so that they change colour, almost double in volume, lose density and finally release their aromas), extraction of the active ingredients, complete formulation (addition of black garlic, saffron, etc.), packaging, and finally direct sales through our approved partners or on our e-commerce site!
What are the benefits of our Moga "Classic"?
Basically, coffee, consumed in moderation and without excess, has many benefits: a boost, a feeling of happiness... To complete these benefits, we have added ingredients to the formula of our 'Classic' version that are also recognised for their beneficial properties: black garlic, saffron & OPC! Thanks to these additions, the ORAC value of our concentrated coffee is 687 mmol ET/L, several dozen times higher than that of oranges! In other words, the antioxidant value of our Moga 'Classic' is exceptional!
The black garlic we add is produced using our patented manufacturing process. Black garlic is renowned for its ability to reduce cholesterol levels. We also add saffron to our formula, known for its anti-depressant & anti-inflammatory properties! Finally, OPCs are renowned for their powerful antioxidant properties, which help to protect the body. The optimal daily dose of Moga 'Classic' is 3 cups. Too high a dose (more than 6 cups a day) could cause side effects in some people, due to the presence of too much caffeine in the body.

Successful launch events!
